Campus Spotlight
August 2009

Campus Spotlight, a c/o pop initiative, offered students, young academics and newcomers to the creative industries the unique opportunity to present their ideas and research to a specialist audience and discuss the matters that concern them with experts and those in the know.

The 2009 call for the 2010 c/o pop festival was looking for academic studies concerned with issues of current relevance which link music, industry, digitalisation and society. Students and young academics working at the interface between music and digital media were invited to contribute.

The c/o pop (Cologne On Pop) is a music festival for electronic pop music that has been hosted in Cologne since 2004. The c/o pop is the successor of Popkomm, another music festival that moved to Berlin in 2003.
